Who am I ?
Who is this Michèle anyway ?
Born sometime in the last century, I studied Typographic design, and later for a Masters degree in Printmaking. I have taken photographs from a really early age but it was always as an adjunct to my art work. I had a dark room (well "room" is probably a bit grand, cupboard really !) and learned to process both in black and white and colour at home.
It's not really until I discovered digital photography that things really took off though. I love being able to see the results of what I do instantly and then adjusting and refining until I get what I want. It's a constant adventure. And I love computers too...no more chemicals !
I travel over the UK to see places of natural beauty and record them, but my heart is in Cornwall where I've lived for over 5 years now and whose changeable beauty never ceases to amaze me.
